C Purlin

It is processed by fully automatic or semi-automatic C-shaped steel forming machine.

C purlins have advantages of light dead weight, good section performance and high strength. Compared with traditional channel steel, with same strength the C purlin can save 30% material.

Normally C shape profiles includes five specifications based on its height: 80, 100, 120, 140 and 160. The length can be determined according to the engineering design, but considering the conditions of transportation and installation, the total length is generally not more than 12 meters.

C and Z Purlin is widely used in steel structure construction purlin, wall beam, can also be combined into lightweight roof truss, bracket and other building components. In addition, it can also be used for mechanical light industry in the manufacture of columns, beams and arms.

I-Beam (H-Beam)

Also called steel beam, the section of which is I-shaped. Its specification is expressed by the number of mm of waist height (h) * leg width (b) * waist thickness (d), such as "I 160*88*6", that is, the work section steel with a waist height of 160 mm, a leg width of 88 mm and a waist thickness of 6 mm. I-beams are divided into ordinary I-beams, light I-beams and H-beams three.

The wing root of normal and light section steel is gradually thinned to the side with a certain Angle. Due to their relatively high and narrow section size, the moment of inertia of the two main sleeves on the section has a large difference. It is not used for axial compression members or bending members perpendicular to web plane, which is a big limitation in its application scope.

I-beam is widely used in various building structures, Bridges, vehicles, supports, machinery and so on.
